We offer three meeting rooms and one board room, each of which can host a different number of attendees to ensure the perfect environment for your event.
Our largest meeting room, the Cabernet Room, can comfortably seat up to 192 guests in a theater-style arrangement. Decorative windows adorn the east side of the room, which overlooks the meadows, river, and private golf courses. A door to the outside patio area, state-of-the-art lighting, and a 7’x7’ projection screen complete this room’s elegant amenities.
Our Merlot Room seats up to 50 guests in a theater-style arrangement and offers decorative windows overlooking the Meadows on the River business district, a projection screen, state-of-the-art lighting, and more.
The Shiraz Room is our most intimate meeting room, featuring state-of-the-art lighting, a projection screen, and decorative windows. It can comfortably seat up to 35 guests in a theater-style arrangement.
Breathtakingly rich, with large, oversized executive chairs and a beautiful conference table, our Bourbon Board Room is dressed to impress. This room features courtyard access and exceptional views of the terrace, gazebo, river, and two private golf courses. Two 75' wall mounted TV's, full audio-visual capabilities, and wireless Internet further enhance the Board Room, which comfortably seats up to 12 guests.
